You will be payed dependent on how long your contract is for and how well you work. Contracts can be changed at any time with no judgement. We try to award you the best we can.
Though builders dont get payed a high amount yet, this will be on the increase once the studio reaches more popularity and income. Keep spreading the word and wages will increase!

MODERATION
Based on a Star Chart
Dream- Rewards of up to 500R$ Per Month
Moderators are given a Star Chart on their employee papers. Every time they do something good for the community or spend a set ammount of hours on the game during peak times, they earn a star. Once they achieve 10 stars they can be earning around 25R$ - 250R$ a pop.
Managment Team staff get payed the highest. Although this job is much more harder to achieve possession of. We don't usually hire for this position unless someone stands out. Good luck.
